Effective immediately, Mr. Robert Tulio will be transitioning from his role as President to take on the new position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In addition, Mr. Nicholas Tulio will be stepping up from his current role as Vice President of Product and Delivery to become the new President of RAM.
In his new role as CEO, Mr. Robert Tulio’s primary focus will shift from daily operations to the strategy and growth of the company. In his transition to President of RAM, Mr. Nicholas Tulio will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company. His comprehensive understanding of the RAM offerings as well as the company history, combined with a proven track record of delivering superior results ensures he is well-prepared to guide RAM’s continued expansion in the market.
The decision for these leadership changes has been carefully considered and aligns with RAM’s long-term goals for sustainability and growth. Mr. Nicholas Tulio brings nearly two decades of senior level experience to the position of President, time spent working with healthcare payers in the Government sponsored segment of the health insurance market.
